Whipped Cream



Whipped Cream
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons sugar
Directions
* Place the bowl and wire whip in a freezer for 15 minutes
* Place cream in the bowl, turn to high speed and whip until cream begins to thicken
* Gradually sprinkle in sugar and vanilla, whipping until stiff
* Store in fridge for 2 – 4 days
* Yield 2 cups
