Vegetables Salad



Vegetables Salad
Ingredients
3 cups cut lettuce
2 medium-sized tomatoes, cubed
1 large cucumber, cubed
1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and grated
3 radishes, grated
2 green onion, finely chopped
1 cup green or red cabbage, chopped (optional)
½ cup chopped green pepper (optional)1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed mint (or 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint)
¼ cup olive oil
Directions

 Mix ingredients together and serve
