Vegetables lentil Soup



Vegetables lentil Soup
Ingredients
1 small finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups chicken or meat broth (or water with Bouillon Cube)
1 cup red lentils
1 carrot, peeled, cut into strips
1 medium sized potato, cut into strips
2 or 3 celery stick, cut into strips
Salt and pepper as needed1 tablespoon safflower
Directions

* Saute onion with olive oil
* Add chicken broth, lentils, carrots, potato, celery, salt and pepper
* Cook over medium heat until tender, add safflower, cook for a minute

* Serve hot
