Creamy Chicken Soup



Creamy Chicken Soup
Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth (or 2 cups water + 2 Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube)
1 cup water
¼ cup butter
¼ cup all purpose flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper as needed (or bouillon cube)
Directions

* Over medium heat melt butter
* Add flour and stir
* Add water and stir till it smooth
* Add chicken broth, bring to boil, stir once a while
* Cook for 5 minutes
* Add heavy cream, bring to boil, cook for one minute
* Pour in serving plate and garnish with bread and mozzarella cheese
*
Hint: Can add small pieces of cooked chicken before adding cream, then continue as mentioned
