Nescafe Torte



Nescafe Torte
Ingredients
Cake Ingredients
2 ¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons instant coffee Nescafe
½ cup vegetable oil or shortening
1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 eggs
 Nescafe Caramel Sauce Ingredients
1 cup sugar
¼ stick  butter (do not substitute butter)
1 can (7.6 Fl Oz ) table cream Nestle

1 tablespoon instant coffee Nescafe
 Filling Cream Ingredients
2 cups Whipped cream (find the recipe at the end of this video)
½ cup of the cooled Nescafe caramel sauce mixture


Directions
Filling Cream
Mix the ingredients together by spoon until smooth
Nescafe caramel Directions
* In a small saucepan on medium heat cook sugar (stir gently) until sugar turns golden brown
* Immediately add butter and stir till it melt
* reduce heat to low, add table cream, stir rapidly until it melts completely
* Add  Nescafe and stir, turn off the heat, and let it cool completely in the fridge for two hours
 Cake Directions
* Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
* Mix dry ingredients together

* Add oil, milk and vanilla and mix for a minute on low speed, add eggs and mix for half a minute, turn to high speed and mix for a minute
* Pour the mixture into two greased and floured 9 x 1½ inch round Cake Pan
* Bake for 30 – 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
* Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans, cool completely on wire rack.
* Split cake layers in half horizontally so that we have four cake layers
* Fill layers with filling cream, pour Nescafe caramel over cake and let it to drip on the sides of Cake
* Cover and place in fridge for at least four hours before serving
Note: You can pour the batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch Rectangular Pan, bake and let it cool completely, then mix filling cream and Nescafe caramel mixture together, pour them over the cake and cool it in the fridge for two hours
