Yaprak



Yaprak
Ingredients
1 pound jar Grape leaves
1 medium sized potato, peeled and cut into thick circles
5 cloves of garlic whole or mashed as desire
2 to 3 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon citric acid, may substitute with ½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 pound beef or lamb meat, cooked (reserve the broth)
Water as needed

1 (14 oz) bag frozen Artichoke hearts, diced
200 g ground beef or lamb lean red meat
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped

 * In a saucepan on medium heat add oil and onion, saute for 3 minutes

Ingredients
1 medium sized potato (about 200g)
1 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces (do not replace)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Milk as needed
Directions

* peel the potato, wash and cut it into large pieces
* place pieces in a saucepan and inundate with water, boil and cook till tender

* In a heavy saucepan on medium heat combine ingredients
* Whisk rapidly till butter melt only and have smooth mixture, do not boil

1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons sugar
Directions
* Place the bowl and wire whip in a freezer for 15 minutes
* Place cream in the bowl, turn to high speed and whip until cream begins to thicken
* Gradually sprinkle in sugar and vanilla, whipping until stiff
* Store in fridge for 2 – 4 days
