Chocolate Butter Cream Icing



Chocolate Butter Cream Icing
Ingredients
½ cup shortening
½ cup butter, room temperature
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
4 cups confectioners powdered sugar
Directions

* Whip shortening and butter till smooth
* Add cocoa and milk, mix will

* Add sugar gradually while whisking , whip till smooth
* If it's a little thick add a few drops of milk and mix
* Cover with a damp cloth while working so as not to dry

* Keep in fridge in tight jar, whisk before use 
Hint: In summer keep the bowel in fridge and use small amount in decorating bag each time, as not to become warm and difficult to decorate with. In winter, we may need to add few drops of milk if it was thick and difficult to decorate with
