Flan Chocolate Cake (Impossible Cake)
Ingredients
Flan Ingredients
½  cup sugar
¼  cup water

2 eggs

1 cup dry milk Nido
1 ¼ cups water
 ¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cake Ingredients
 2 eggs
 ¼ cup sugar
 1/3 cup vegetable oil
 ¾ cup sifted all-purpose flour
 ¼ cup milk
1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
  Directions
* Preheat an oven to 350 F(175 C)
* In small heavy saucepan, combine ½ cup sugar with ¼  cup water
* Bring to boil.  Reduce heat to medium , cook until sugar turns golden brown in color and  caramelizes  About 10 - 15 minutes. Brush pan sides once a while with water so sugar not stick on sides (Note: Do not stir the sugar syrup during cooking or overcook)
* Quickly pour sugar into ungreased  9 x 1½ inch round Cake Pan
* In a bowl mix together flan ingredients at low speed until well blended

* In another bowl combine together dry ingredients, add the rest of ingredients and mix well at medium speed
* Pour flan mixture over caramelized sugar

* Spoon cake batter over flan mixture ,without  mixing them together
* Fill shallow pan half full water, place cake pan in it, place them in the oven

* Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched lightly  in center
* Cool in the fridge for six hours

 * Invert onto serving plate after making sure it is free from the edges
* Makes 8 servings
