Creamy Corn Soup



Creamy Corn Soup
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons sifted all-purpose flour
3 cups water
2 Chicken
flavored Bouillon Cubes
2 (8.75 oz) corn can, drained

1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
* Over medium heat in a saucepan add oil and onion, cook until light brown
* Add the flour and stir, add the water while stirring
* Add bouillon cubes and corn, bring to boil
* Remove from heat, pour in a blender (small amount each time and be careful it is very hot) and blend well
* Put back over low heat, cover bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes

* Add the cream and boil for 2 minutes
* Serve hot,
sprinkle mozzarella cheese or croutons
