Molten Chocolate Cupcake



Molten Chocolate Cupcake
Ingredients
4 tablespoon butter, room temperature
1/3 cup confectioners powdered sugar

3 large eggs
1/3 cup sifted all-purpose flour
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 225 grams semi-sweet chocolate melted
Directions
* Preheat an oven to 400 ° F (200 degrees)
* Grease and flour cupcake pan
* Mix sugar and butter with electric mixer 
* Add eggs one by one and mix after each one well
 * On low speed add flour and mix well
 * Add melted chocolate and mix
 * Spoon the batter into prepared cupcake pan 2/3 full ,this amount would be enough for 6 cupcakes
* Bake for 8-10 minutes till the top of cupcake be solid
* Cool in the pans for 5 minutes, invert on a plate, sprinkle them with powdered sugar
