Creamy Mushroom Soup



Creamy Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
¼ stick butter (2 tablespoons)
1 (4 oz) can mushroom, drained and chopped
¼ cup sifted all-purpose flour
2 cups (water + 1 bouillon cube )or( chicken broth)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Mozzarella cheese
Directions

* Over medium heat melt butter, add mushroom, saute for a minute* Add flour and stir, add water and bouillon cube, boil and cook for five minutes until the mixture thickens
* Add cream and cook for one minutes , if the soup is thick add some water
* Sprinkle the cheese over the top and serve hot
