Cheese Spring Roll



Cheese Spring Roll
Ingredients
Spring Roll sheets
1 + ½ cup grated white cheese
1 egg
Salt as needed
1 teaspoon Habbat al-Barakah (Nigella sativa )
¼ cup parsley, chopped
2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
Directions


* Prepare the cheese filling by mixing the ingredients together
* Place filling near one of the corners of the spring roll sheet, and roll it until we reach halfway , fold the sides of the sheet and roll to the end corner

* Glue the end with water or use small piece of toothpick
* Heat the oil, fry spring rolls until golden brown, serve hot
