Pasta with Yogurt


Pasta with Yogurt  
Ingredients
½ pound Rotini pasta or any other type
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

1 ½ cups plain yogurt
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic, mashed

Directions
* Cook the pasta as mentioned on the box
* Drain of water, wash and drain completely
* In a saucepan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, pasta, salt and pepper, cook without covering, for 5 - 8 minutes
* In another bowl mix yogurt, garlic and salt together
* Pour the pasta in a serving dish and pour yogurt mixture and serve hot
