Chicken Milano



Chicken Milano 
Ingredients
Pasta Ingredients
½ pound Fettuccine pasta or any other type, cooked
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Chicken Ingredients

2 pound chicken breasts
Salt - pepper – allspice - dill - Rosemary - Thyme - basil – any other spice you desire , mixed

together (quantities by desire)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon mashed garlic
½ cup chicken broth (or water +1 chicken flavored bouillon cube)
½ cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley or coriander

Directions
* Arrange the chicken breasts in pan and sprinkle half of spices, turn them and sprinkle the rest spices
* cook and grill on medium heat till tender, remove from heat, set aside
* In another saucepan on medium heat add vegetable oil and garlic, saute for a minute, add chicken broth
* Add tomatoes, cover and cook for 7 minutes
* Add heavy cream and parsley or coriander, bring to boil, add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes
* Over medium heat, cook boiled pasta with vegetable oil, salt and pepper for 5 minutes
* Pour the pasta in Platter, place chicken breasts over pasta, pour the sauce over the dish and serve immediately
