Shrimp and Olive Linguini


Shrimp and Olive Linguini  
Ingredients
1 pound frozen cooked shrimp
226 g Linguini pasta, boiled and hot
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 medium-sized tomatoes, cubed
½ cup cut pitted black olives
 ½ cup fresh Basil, minced (or 1 teaspoon crushed basil)
½ teaspoon salt 
Directions

* Dissolve shrimp on high heat, then drain completely
* Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper, Grill for 10 minutes, stir once a while, then leave it aside
* In another pot over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic, cook for a minute add tomatoes, olives, shrimp, basil, salt  and pasta, stir and cook for three minutes
* pour into a platter and serve hot
