Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
2 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup confectioner powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 – 3 tablespoons hot milk or hot water
Directions
* Over low heat in a small saucepan melt butter and chocolate
* Remove from heat, pour over confectioner sugar, add vanilla and 1 tablespoon hot milk at a
time, mix on low speed until have desired glaze
