Cheese Biscuit Cake



Cheese Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
First Layer Ingredients
200 g sweet biscuit crumbs equivalent to two cups
1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon (optional)
1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil
¾ cup water
2/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla
Second Layer Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Directions
Second layer Directions
* Mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, if it was little thick add one or two tablespoons milk and mix well

First Layer Directions
* Preheat an oven to 350 F (175 C)
* Beat eggs, add water, oil, sugar, vanilla and mix well
* In another bowl combine biscuits crumbs, cinnamon and baking powder

* Add it to egg mixture and mix on low speed
* Pour mixture into greased and floured 8½ x 2½ inch Spring form Pan
* Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

* Turn off the oven, pour cheese mixture over the cake, put it back into the hot oven and leave it till the oven cool
* Spoon lukewarm chocolate sauce over the cake, cover and store in fridge till cool at least 2 hours before serving
